2. We price it honestly. Based on what has actually sold nearby in the last few months, not what people are asking.
3. We photograph and list it. On this website, on the major portals, and to the buyers already on our list.
4. We handle the viewings. You are only involved when there is a serious offer.
5. Transfer done properly. Registry, mutation and society transfer, with the fees agreed up front.

What we need from you

• Proof that you own it, or a signed authority from the owner.
• A realistic asking price. An overpriced file sits and goes stale.
• Access for viewings within a day or two of a request.
