The listings

Asking prices, plot sizes and descriptions on this website are supplied by owners. We check documents before listing, but we cannot guarantee that a price has not moved or that a property is still available at the moment you read the page.

Always verify the original file and the mutation record before any payment. We will go with you to do it.

Our fee

Commission is the standard local rate and is agreed in writing before we start. There is no charge for listing a property, and no charge for a viewing.

Liability

We act as an intermediary. We are not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller, and we do not hold client money.
